Basket filter bottom structure
Many customers focus only on filtration accuracy and material when selecting basket filter cartridges, neglecting the bottom structure. If the wrong bottom type is chosen, the filter cartridge won’t fit, or it won’t seal properly, resulting in poor filtration.
- We offer three standard bottom structures:
- Flat Bottom – The most common standard configuration, compatible with most single and dual filter housings, easy to install and clean.
- Round Bottom – A curved bottom design reduces the accumulation of solid particles at the bottom.
- Hopper Bottom – A tapered design that automatically concentrates solid particles at the bottom.

Basket filter elements offer larger volume and higher dirt-holding capacity; they are washable and reusable, resulting in lower long-term costs. Cartridge filter elements provide higher filtration precision and are suitable for precision filtration applications. If your system uses a simplex or duplex basket filter, you need a basket filter element. Simply provide us with your housing model, and we will confirm the matching specifications.
Yes. Our stainless steel basket filter elements support backwashing, high-pressure water jet cleaning, and ultrasonic cleaning, allowing for continued use after cleaning.
Yes. By providing the housing brand and model, a dimension drawing of the existing element, or a physical sample, we can manufacture a custom element to original specifications. It will match dimensions precisely, allowing for direct installation without system modification. We have long provided OEM replacement elements for housings from brands such as Eaton, Parker, and Watts.

There is no minimum order quantity for standard basket filter elements; sample orders are accepted. The lead time for standard sizes is 7–15 working days, while custom specifications or special materials generally take 15–25 working days.
