Suitable for high solids content, corrosive media and high temperature conditions, with a variety of materials and interfaces available, and can be customized according to process parameters.

Sintered metal powder or sintered wire mesh, with a finest precision of 0.1 micrometers, a maximum temperature resistance of 500°C, and can be backwashed hundreds of times without shedding particles.

With a removal rate of 99.99%, it effectively removes suspended solids, pathogens, algae, and rust, and is resistant to corrosive media.

Made of SS316L, it is corrosion-resistant, highly permeable, easy to clean, and GMP-compliant.

Stainless steel woven mesh components are made of woven steel wire, with a relatively open structure, suitable for the 10 to 200 micron range. They are less expensive and easier to clean. Sintered candle filters fuse powder or multiple layers of wire mesh into a single porous structure through high-temperature sintering. This results in a more uniform pore size distribution, with a finest precision of 0.1 microns. They do not deform under high pressure differentials and have a longer service life. For applications requiring submicron precision or high-temperature, high-pressure conditions, sintered components are the only suitable choice.

The LianDa SS316L sintered candle filter is rated for a maximum operating temperature of 500°C and a maximum differential pressure of 0.6 MPa. Titanium and Monel versions are suitable for special applications with higher temperature and corrosion requirements. If your operating conditions exceed these parameters, please send the specific conditions to LianDa so we can confirm if there are suitable special material solutions.
