Whether you need a single sample or a full production run, our team is ready to match the right cylindrical filter element to your application.

our products

Wire Mesh Filter Element
Wire Mesh Filter Element

Woven stainless steel wire delivers consistent opening size, high flow rates, and easy cleanability — ideal for pre-filtration and coarse straining where you need strength with open structure.

Sintered Mesh Filter Element
Sintered Mesh Filter Element

Multi-layer diffusion-bonded wire mesh gives you precise particle retention and excellent backwash recovery under high differential pressure — suitable for hydraulic and process filtration.

Sintered Felt Filter Element
Sintered Felt Filter Element

Randomly oriented sintered metal fibers create a tortuous-path depth filtration structure — high dirt-holding capacity for polymer melt, viscous fluids, and fine particle removal.

Powder Sintered Filter Element
Powder Sintered Filter Element

Metal powder compacted and sintered into a rigid porous cylinder — uniform porosity from 0.5 µm to 100 µm with repeatable performance and resistance to high temperatures and corrosive media.

Wedge Wire Filter Element
Wedge Wire Filter Element

V-shaped profile wire wrapped on support rods creates self-cleaning slot openings — handles high flow, heavy solids loading, and continuous screening in water treatment and industrial processes.

Cylindrical Filter Elements for Every Application

Trusted across industries where clean flow, precise filtration, and system reliability are critical.

Hydraulic & Lubrication Systems
Hydraulic & Lubrication Systems

Cylindrical filter elements are widely used in hydraulic power units, gear lubrication systems, and oil return lines to remove metal particles and contaminants — protecting pumps, valves, and actuators from wear and failure.

Chemical & Pharmaceutical Processing
Chemical & Pharmaceutical Processing

In aggressive fluid environments, our corrosion-resistant sintered mesh elements handle acid, alkali, and solvent filtration. Widely used in chemical reactors, catalyst recovery, and sterile liquid processing lines.

Food & Beverage Processing
Food & Beverage Processing

FDA-compliant stainless steel cylindrical filter elements are used in beverage filling lines, edible oil filtration, and dairy processing to ensure product purity and meet strict hygiene standards. Easy to clean and sterilize in place (CIP/SIP compatible).

Water & Wastewater Treatment
Water & Wastewater Treatment

Cylindrical filter elements handle pre-filtration and fine filtration in municipal water treatment, industrial wastewater recycling, and RO system protection. High dirt-holding capacity and backwash capability reduce maintenance frequency significantly.

Natural Gas & Petroleum Pipeline
Natural Gas & Petroleum Pipeline

Designed to withstand high pressure and extreme temperatures, our cylindrical elements are used in natural gas dehydration, wellhead protection, and pipeline pre-filtration preventing pipeline corrosion and equipment damage from solid particles.

  • We’ve been using their sintered mesh cylindrical filter elements in our hydraulic system for two years now. The backwash performance is excellent — we haven’t had a single element failure. Quality is consistent batch after batch.

What is a cylindrical filter element and how does it work?

A cylindrical filter element is a tubular porous structure through which fluid flows radially — either inward or outward — while particles are captured on the filter surface or within the media depth. The cylindrical shape provides a large filtration area in a compact footprint that fits standard housings. Metal cylindrical filter elements offer superior mechanical strength, temperature resistance, and cleanability compared to polymer or paper alternatives.

What filtration ratings are available for cylindrical filter elements?

Wire mesh cylindrical filter elements cover approximately 5 µm to 2000 µm. Sintered mesh elements range from 1 µm to 200 µm. Sintered felt elements go from 0.5 µm to 100 µm. Powder sintered cylindrical filter elements reach down to 0.2 µm for ultra-fine filtration. Wedge wire elements are rated by slot opening, typically 25 µm to 3000 µm. Custom ratings outside these ranges may be possible depending on your application.

What materials are cylindrical filter elements made from?

We offer 316L stainless steel, 304 stainless steel, duplex stainless, titanium, Hastelloy C-276, and Inconel. For most aqueous and mild chemical applications, 316L stainless covers your needs. For strongly acidic, chloride-rich, or high-temperature environments, titanium or Hastelloy is the better choice. We can advise the right material once you share your fluid chemistry, temperature, and operating pressure.
