Your Reliable Industrial HEPA Filter Supplier
As a professional manufacturer of industrial HEPA filters, LianDa has over 20 years of manufacturing experience, and its products are sold to more than 10 countries worldwide. The full range covers three main types: high-capacity filters, MERV 17 HEPA filters, and high-temperature filters. Each filter undergoes individual testing before leaving the factory. If you require other types of HEPA filters, such as those categorized by shape (pocket, flat, cylindrical, box, flange, pleated) or by material (stainless steel frame, aluminum alloy frame, fiberglass), please feel free to contact us.
LianDa Industrial HEPA Filters Full Range

Large pleated filter area, with a maximum air volume of 2000 CMH per unit.

Efficiency ≥ 99.97%, 0.3 microns, tested on a per-piece basis, each unit comes with a traceable test report.

Stainless steel frame, glass fiber filter media, temperature resistant up to 260°C, with an optional silicon-free version for semiconductor applications.
HEPA Filter Can Withstand 260° Continuous Operation
Standard HEPA filters are rated for a temperature of only 70°C. Once exceeded, the seal begins to fail, the filter media degrades, and efficiency drops.
LianDa high-temperature filters are designed differently. The frame is made of stainless steel, the filter media is made of high-purity glass fiber, rated for continuous temperature resistance of 260°C, and the sealing material is high-temperature silicone, not the peak temperature data from the test chamber. No fibers are released into the airflow, efficiency does not decrease with rising temperatures, and the seal does not fail at operating temperatures.

- MERV 17, H13, and H14 are all HEPA filter grades.
- MERV 17: US standard, high filtration efficiency.
- H13: European standard, efficiency ≥99.95%.
- H14: Even higher than H13, efficiency ≥99.995%. MERV 17 is commonly used in the pharmaceutical industry, while H14 is typically used in semiconductor and high-cleanliness workshops.
Silicone-free HEPA filters are suitable for the semiconductor and electronics industries, preventing silicon contamination of product surfaces. If your application does not allow silicon in the airflow, please specify the silicone-free option when contacting us.
Primarily by checking the pressure differential. Replacement is necessary when the differential pressure increases significantly; generally, replacement is recommended when it reaches around 500 Pa. LianDa recommends installing a magnetic differential pressure gauge on all HEPA filters for continuous differential pressure monitoring.
Yes. In addition to standard sizes, custom sizes can be manufactured according to equipment dimensions, airflow, and temperature requirements.
