Take Control of Your Filtration Process
Our meltblown filter cartridges utilize hot meltblown technology to create a true “gradient density deep structure”: the outer fibers are loosely arranged, effectively trapping larger particles; while the fiber density gradually increases towards the core of the filter cartridge, trapping finer deposits as fluid flows through. Whether you are involved in reverse osmosis (RO) pre-filtration, industrial water treatment, solvent processing, or drinking water purification, you can find meltblown filter cartridges in our product range to meet your needs.
Our Products

DLCG antibacterial PP melt blown filter uses silver ion technology to inhibit bacterial growth while providing reliable sediment filtration for cleaner, safer drinking water.

DLNL nylon melt blown filter cartridge is made from 100% Nylon 6 microfibers, offering high-temperature resistance up to 120°C, excellent chemical compatibility, and reliable filtration for demanding applications.

DLPP PP melt blown filter cartridge provides efficient sediment filtration, high dirt-holding capacity, and reliable performance for water and industrial liquid filtration.
Melt-blown Filter Cartridge Characteristics

Coarser outer layers intercept large particles; denser inner core captures fine sediment — all in one pass.

100% thermal bonding — no glue migration, no surfactants, no secondary contamination risk for your fluid.

PP for standard conditions up to 60°C; Nylon 6 for demanding processes up to 120°C.

High dirt-loading capacity keeps pressure drop low longer — your pump works less, your filter lasts longer.

DLCG silver ion additive actively inhibits bacterial growth inside the filter for safer drinking water systems.

Smooth, hair, orange peel, fine groove, cut groove — choose the surface that matches your flow and housing needs.

10″, 20″, 30″, 40″ lengths with DOE / SOE end caps — drop-in replacement for your existing filter housing.

Materials comply with FDA 21 CFR standards. Full certifications available for food, pharma, and water applications.
Lianda Meltblown Filter Technology
Melt-blown technology is a key process in the manufacture of filter cartridges—particularly those made of polypropylene. As a widely utilized traditional method, this technique produces microfiber filtration media by extruding a polymer melt through fine nozzles and drawing it into ultrafine fibers.
Compared to other depth filtration media, melt-blown technology offers several advantages: it creates a true gradient density structure that progresses from the outer to the inner layers, thereby enhancing dirt-holding capacity and extending service life. Its fibrous matrix is formed using a thermal bonding process that requires no chemical binders, ensuring high purity while minimizing the risk of secondary contamination. This makes it particularly well-suited for applications that are cost-sensitive yet simultaneously demand reliable particle retention capabilities and low pressure drop.

Meltblown polypropylene is a fine-fiber nonwoven material produced through a meltblown extrusion process. The production process involves first melting the polypropylene resin and extruding it through a spinneret with fine nozzles.
Standard sizes usually include:

Custom sizes can also be manufactured.
Yes. OEM branding, customized dimensions, packaging, and filtration specifications are usually supported for bulk orders.
Pleated filter cartridges generally last longer than melt-blown cartridges due to their higher dirt-holding capacity. The pleated design maximizes surface area, capturing more.
