A porous metal sheet is a rigid filtration or flow-control material made by sintering metal powder — stainless steel, titanium, bronze, or nickel — under controlled heat and pressure. The powder particles fuse while leaving interconnected pores throughout the structure. The result is a mechanically strong sheet with precise, uniform porosity that won’t deform, corrode, or clog like polymer alternatives. Our standard production range is 0.2 microns to 200 microns. Finer pore sizes (sub-1 micron) require tighter process controls and typically have longer lead times.
