One Filter Platform, Many Applications
Our self-cleaning filters work with water, oil, chemicals, and a wide range of process fluids. We manufacture in multiple sizes, with filter ratings from 10 to 3000 microns. Whether you run a small processing line or a high-volume industrial plant, we have a filter built for your flow rate and pressure. Our engineering team is available to help you select the right model and to support you after installation.

How Does a Self-Cleaning Filter Work?
During operation, the self-cleaning filter continuously monitors the pressure differential across the filter screen. Should the accumulation of trapped particles cause this pressure differential to rise, the system automatically initiates a backwash cycle to discharge the contaminants through a drain valve, while the main water flow remains uninterrupted.

Our team will assist you in selecting the optimal micron precision level. We can also provide customized precision levels tailored to your needs—simply provide us with your specific specifications.
This device requires minimal routine maintenance. Its automatic backwash function automatically performs routine cleaning tasks during operation. For typical applications, an inspection every 3 to 6 months is sufficient. During these scheduled maintenance checks, we pay particular attention to the drain valves and seals to ensure the device’s long-term stability and trouble-free operation.
