Sintered candle filter elements provide durable continuous-flow filtration for high-temperature and demanding industrial applications.
Lianda Product Advantages

Sintered powder filters offer uniform pore size from 0.5 µm to 100 µm, giving you predictable filtration efficiency across every batch.

Our sintered metal filter elements withstand operating temperatures up to 600°C — suitable for gas filtration and thermal processing lines.

You can backflush, ultrasonic-clean, or chemically regenerate our sintered filter elements — cutting your replacement costs significantly.

Stainless steel 316L, titanium, and Hastelloy options make our sintered powder filters suitable for acid, alkali, and solvent environments.

Disc, tube, cylinder, cap — we manufacture sintered filter elements to your exact dimensions with OEM support for high-volume orders.

Every sintered powder filter leaves our facility with dimensional checks and pore integrity testing — full material traceability on request.

Our sintered filter elements maintain low pressure drop even at high flow — reducing energy consumption in your filtration system.

Compared to paper or polymer filters, our sintered metal filters last for years under continuous operation — lowering your total cost of ownership.
Custom Sintered Powder Filters
Upon contacting us and providing detailed application parameters—including fluid type, operating pressure, temperature range, and required particle retention precision—our engineers will custom-design a sintered powder filter that perfectly aligns with your specific process requirements. You are free to select the material, pore size, and physical configuration, while we assume full responsibility for the manufacturing, testing, and delivery processes. Depending on the complexity of the product and the order quantity, most custom sintered filter elements are typically delivered within 7 to 15 business days.

Consistent Quality You Can Count On — Every Sintered Filter We Ship
Our sintered filter production follows a strict quality process: raw powder inspection, sintering parameter control, dimensional verification, and bubble-point or air-permeability testing before shipment. You receive filters that perform as specified — batch after batch. We maintain full material traceability and can provide test reports and material certificates with your order. If a sintered filter element doesn’t meet spec, we fix it before it reaches you.
Sintered powder filters are made by compacting metal powders (such as stainless steel, bronze, or titanium) and heating them below their melting point to bond the particles together. This forms a rigid, porous structure with controlled pore sizes. Fluids can pass through the pores, while larger particles are retained, providing stable and reliable filtration without media migration or fiber shedding.
Our standard sintered powder filters are available in pore ratings from 0.5 µm to 100 µm. For applications requiring very fine filtration — such as pharmaceutical or semiconductor use — we can produce sintered filter elements down to 0.2 µm. Custom pore sizes are available; just share your filtration requirement and we’ll recommend the right rating for your process.
Yes — this is one of the biggest advantages of sintered powder filters over disposable alternatives. You can clean our sintered filter elements using backflushing, ultrasonic cleaning, chemical soaking, or high-pressure rinsing, depending on the contaminant type. Most customers get hundreds to thousands of cleaning cycles from a single sintered filter element, making the long-term cost significantly lower than that of replaceable filter media.
