Your Reliable Stainless Steel Filter Housing Supplier
LianDa manufactures stainless steel filter housings with over 20 years of experience, withstands pressures up to 300 psi, and offers filtration accuracies from 0.5 microns to 2000 microns. Materials range from 304 to Hastelloy, and each housing undergoes pressure testing before leaving the factory. Size, material, and interface—all are meticulously verified by LianDa engineers before production begins.
Find the Stainless Steel Filter Mesh That Best Suits Your Needs.

Made of 304 or 316L stainless steel, used for drinking water, whole-house water purification systems, and industrial water pre-filtration.

Single-bag and multi-bag configurations are available. Single-bag systems offer a maximum flow rate of 180 GPM, while multi-bag systems can be expanded to 1000 m³/h. Filtration accuracy ranges from 0.5 microns to 2000 microns. Sway arm bolts or quick-opening clamps seal the bag – bag changes take no more than five minutes and require no special tools.

Made of 316L stainless steel, with a seamless design and Tri-Clamp clamp interface, compliant with ASME BPE standards. Specifically designed for filtering liquids in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and food contact applications.

For high-temperature, high-pressure steam pipelines. Materials available include 304, 316L, Hastelloy, and Inconel. Maximum pressure resistance is 4.5 MPa, and maximum temperature resistance is 260°C. Each unit undergoes pressure testing before leaving the factory. Tell LianDa your pipeline parameters, and we will specify the appropriate alloy material.
Bag Filter Housing Vs Cartridge Filter Housing
If your system has a high flow rate and heavy solids load, a stainless steel bag filter housing is a better choice—a single housing can handle flow rates up to 180 GPM with lower pressure drop, and bag replacement is much faster and cheaper than cartridge replacement. If you require finer filtration precision (down to 0.5 microns), or your process requires validated filtration documentation, a cartridge stainless steel sanitary filter housing offers more stringent filtration control. Unsure which configuration suits your flow rate and particle requirements? Send your process data to LianDa, and we’ll advise you on the most suitable option.

Yes. LianDa designs according to your dimensions, interface type (NPT thread, flange, Tri-Clamp clamp), pressure rating, temperature requirements, and housing dimensions. Send us your system drawings or key parameters, and our engineers will design around your installation conditions, not to adapt you to standard products.
304 stainless steel is suitable for clean water, light industrial processes, and non-chlorine-containing applications, but it is expensive. 316 stainless steel housings contain molybdenum and resist pitting corrosion in chlorine-containing, acidic, or chemical environments. If you are unsure which material is suitable for you, tell us your chemical composition, and we will give you direct advice.
Most buyers default to 316L stainless steel, believing it to be safer. This is sometimes true.
However, if your medium is clean water, chemicals, or chlorine-free process liquids, then 304 stainless steel filter housings are perfectly adequate, and cost becomes the primary consideration.
For chlorinated media, brine, acidic environments, or any fluid at risk of pitting corrosion, 316 stainless steel filter housings are the ideal choice.
For extreme media, such as highly corrosive acids, high-temperature solvents, and high-temperature environments, LianAn offers Hastelloy and Chromium-Nickel-Iron alloy filter housings, which can operate stably even when 316L begins to corrode and fail.
