A Stainless Steel Filter Mesh to fit your process

Most buyers approach us with the same problem: either the micron specification they received last time was incorrect, or the mesh looked fine but failed prematurely after a short period. We can solve both. With over twenty years of experience in weaving and sintering, we manufacture stainless steel filter meshes according to your specific process requirements – the material, the aperture, the structure – all perfectly matched. Whether you need a roll of 304 stainless steel wire mesh for general filtration or multi-layer sintered stainless steel wire mesh for high-pressure pharmaceutical applications, every order is reviewed by our LianDa engineers before production.

Find the Stainless Steel Filter Mesh That Best Suits Your Needs

Stainless Steel Woven Mesh
Stainless Steel Woven Mesh

Plain or twill weave is the most common basic style—uniform openings, good permeability, and easy to cut and frame.

Dutch Weave Mesh
Dutch Weave Mesh

Tight, asymmetrical weave is suitable for applications requiring both fine filtration and structural strength, commonly found in hydraulic systems and polymer pipelines.

Stainless Steel Sintered Wire Mesh
Stainless Steel Sintered Wire Mesh

Multi-layered mesh sintered into one piece can withstand high pressure, high temperature, and backwashing cycles; single-layer mesh cannot withstand these conditions.

304 Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
304 Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

A standard first choice for water treatment, food processing, and general industrial filtration, offering sufficient corrosion resistance at an affordable price.

316 Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
316 Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

Choose this one when encountering chlorine-containing media, acidic environments, or pharmaceutical-grade conditions.

Hastelloy Wire Mesh
Hastelloy Wire Mesh

The first choice for strong acid and highly corrosive chemical environments; it can be used where 316 stainless steel cannot withstand it.

Monel Wire Mesh
Monel Wire Mesh

Resistant to seawater and chloride ions; a common choice for offshore platforms and brine systems.

Duplex Stainless Steel Wire Mesh
Duplex Stainless Steel Wire Mesh

High strength and corrosion resistance combined; suitable for conditions requiring both corrosion and pressure.

Why Is Micron-Level Filtration so Important?

This is the question we get asked most often. Simply put: even a slight difference in filtration level can result in either inadequate cleaning, a sudden drop in flow rate, or a headache-inducing frequency of mesh replacements.

Below is our complete micron range for both in-stock and custom-made products:1-500micron stainless steel mesh. Don’t see your desired size in the list? We can customize according to your drawings. Describe your working conditions to us, and our engineers will work backward from your process requirements to determine the appropriate size.

304 or 316 Which should you choose

304 or 316: Which Should You Choose?

Many buyers default to 316 stainless steel wire mesh, believing that a higher grade means greater security. Sometimes this is indeed correct. However, if your medium is chlorine-free and the temperature does not exceed 150°C, 304 stainless steel wire mesh is perfectly adequate, and you’ll save costs with each repeat purchase. We will directly tell you which is more suitable for your situation, because choosing the right mesh results in better performance and is more cost-effective in the long run.

What Makes Our Stainless Steel Filter Mesh Different?

FDA & ASME BPE Certification Ready:For food, beverage, and pharmaceutical processes requiring documentation, we have ISO 9001, ASME BPE, and FDA certifications, readily available upon request.

Customizable Sizes and Shapes:We can produce rolls, sheets, discs, and cylinders. Tell us your assembly requirements, and we’ll cut, edge-bind, and finish them before installing them directly into your filter housing.

Over 20 Years of In-House Manufacturing Experience: We’re not a trading company; we’ve been weaving wire mesh in our own factory for over twenty years. You get factory prices and genuine technical support.

Sampling Before Ordering: After discussing your needs, we can send you samples for testing in your own conditions. Only after you’re satisfied should we discuss the order—no pressure.

One-on-One Engineer Support: A dedicated engineer will work with you, not just reading sales scripts. Bring drawings, your working conditions, or directly explain your problems, and they’ll work with you to solve them.

Ships to Over 60 Countries:We handle packaging, documentation, and logistics all centrally.

Where Do Our Stainless Steel Filter Mesh Function?

Oil & Gas / Petrochemical
Oil & Gas / Petrochemical

Crude oil filtration, catalyst recovery, and gas separation pipelines operate under harsh conditions. Hastelloy wire mesh and duplex stainless steel mesh continue to operate reliably even where 316 begins to pit. We supply refineries and offshore platforms where downtime is extremely costly.

Pharmaceuticals & Food Processing
Pharmaceuticals & Food Processing

FDA auditors require documentation, process engineers need consistent micron-level precision—we can provide both. Sintered stainless steel wire mesh and 316 stainless steel wire mesh are our best-selling products in this industry, with sanitary finishes available.

Water Treatment
Water Treatment

From municipal water intake grilles to point-of-use filtration, we cover the entire micron range. 50-micron to 500-micron stainless steel meshes are most commonly used in this field. Stainless steel woven mesh is more durable than polymer filters and can be cleaned and reused through backwashing.

Chemicals
Chemicals

Strong solvents, acidic media, and high-temperature environments quickly narrow down the material options. Monel alloy wire mesh is suitable for copper-containing media, while Hastelloy alloy wire mesh covers most acidic conditions.

Tell us about the chemicals you are using, and we will tell you directly which alloy will withstand them.

Can I send you a sample before placing a full payment order?

Yes, always. We prefer you test it under your own working conditions first. If you have already determined the specifications—micron count, material, width—we will arrange to send a sample quickly. If you are still figuring out the right specifications, tell us your application scenario, and we will recommend testing directions.

What is the difference between Dutch woven mesh and ordinary stainless steel woven mesh?

Ordinary woven mesh has the same opening size in both directions. Dutch woven mesh uses thicker weft threads to tighten the openings, resulting in finer filtration accuracy and a thicker, more pressure-resistant structure. When both fine particle retention and pressure resistance are required, Dutch woven mesh is a better choice.

Do you have ISO and FDA certifications?

Yes. We hold ISO 9001, ASME BPE, and FDA certifications, and the documents are readily available. Tell us which documents your purchasing or quality control team needs, and we will send them directly to you.

What if I need non-standard micron specifications or custom shapes?

Customization is a large part of our business. Non-standard micron counts, specific wire diameters, irregularly shaped round discs, cylindrical shapes, framed assemblies—send us your drawings or a description of the filter housing you wish to assemble. Our engineers will design according to your requirements, and production will commence only after confirmation.
