Why Choose LianDa Steam Filters
- Every LianDa Steam Filter Element is tested individually to nominal specifications before leaving the factory—not randomly, but every single one. From 0.1 microns to 100 microns.
- Pressure rating up to 30 bar (435 PSI), temperature range -10°C to 300°C. LianDa’s Stainless Steel Steam Filters handle your most demanding operating conditions.
- Every LianDa steam filter undergoes pressure testing, permeability testing, and leak testing before leaving the factory. Standard testing time is 1 to 2 hours per unit. The filter you receive is ready to use.
- LianDa assigns a dedicated engineer to your inquiry. Bring your P&ID diagram, process parameters, or simply state the specifications of the filter you are currently using—we will provide you with direct answers and solutions, not just product catalogs.

Find the Stainless Steel Filter Mesh That Best Suits Your Needs

Designed to ASME BPE standards for pipelines where steam directly contacts products. Filtration precision down to 0.1 microns.

Polished inner wall, seamless design for quick disassembly and cleaning. Specifically designed for food, beverage, and sanitary process pipelines, minimizing batch replacement intervals.

Made entirely of 316L material, withstands 30 bar pressure and 300°C temperatures. Resistant to corrosion and deformation under prolonged high-temperature, high-pressure steam conditions.

Made from solid 316L, 304, or alloy rod stock—Hastelloy and Inconel are available for highly corrosive or high-temperature environments. Each filter is pressure-tested before leaving the factory, ensuring a service life exceeding that of any filter cartridge it contains.

Specifications cover 0.1 microns to 100 microns. Each filter cartridge is tested and verified to nominal specifications before leaving the factory. Compatible with LianDa housings and most mainstream third-party housings.
Yes. LianDa designs Steam Filter Housing based on your inlet/outlet dimensions, interface standards, pressure rating, and installation space. Send us your piping diagrams or key dimensions—LianDa engineers design around your installation conditions, not to fit you to a standard product.
Ordinary woven mesh has the same opening size in both directions. Dutch woven mesh uses thicker weft threads to tighten the openings, resulting in finer filtration accuracy and a thicker, more pressure-resistant structure. When both fine particle retention and pressure resistance are required, Dutch woven mesh is a better choice.
LianDa’s Steam Filter Element specifications cover filtration from 0.1 microns to 100 microns. Pharmaceutical clean steam lines typically use 0.2 to 5 microns, while food and beverage lines mostly use 5 to 25 microns. Tell us your downstream process, and we’ll determine the appropriate specifications.
Yes. Every LianDa steam filter undergoes pressure testing, permeability testing, and leak testing before leaving the factory, with each standard test lasting 1 to 2 hours. Test reports are available upon request.
