High-temperature, high-pressure, and highly corrosive media place extremely high demands on the materials and structure of filter elements. Our wedge-shaped wire tube filter elements are made of SS316L or duplex steel 2205, ensuring long-term stable operation in acidic, alkaline, and sulfur-containing media environments, effectively protecting pumps and valves and reducing downtime.
Our tubular filter elements achieve a filtration accuracy as low as 0.02mm. The low pressure drop design reduces system energy consumption, and the backwashable structure significantly reduces maintenance costs.It is suitable for long-term stable operation of municipal water supply, industrial circulating water and seawater desalination pretreatment systems.

They offer higher filtration accuracy, down to 0.02mm. Basket filter cartridges have a larger volume and higher dirt-holding capacity, making them more suitable for coarse filtration applications with high solids content and high flow rates. Our wedge-wire tubular filter cartridges all support backwash regeneration without disassembly or replacement. After backwashing, the pressure differential returns to normal, and the cartridges can continue to be used. Sintered mesh filter cartridges also support ultrasonic cleaning.
Yes, it does. Outside to Inside flow is suitable for trapping solid particles on the outer surface, making cleaning easier, and is suitable for most industrial pipeline filtration applications; Inside to Outside flow is suitable for applications with higher pressure and requiring internal support.
Customized tubular filter cartridges have no strict minimum order quantity; sample and trial orders are acceptable. The delivery time for standard wedge-shaped wire tubular filter cartridges is 7-15 working days; for special materials or non-standard sizes, it is generally 15-25 working days. For large-volume, long-term cooperative customers, we can negotiate stock preparation agreements to ensure timely supply as needed.
